The administrative fee for obtaining digital copies of CHPD Case or Accident Photos is set at $10.00 per case.
Administrative fees associated with obtaining a digital copy of CHPD Case or Accident Photos video should not be paid until the prescribed ORDER FORM is completed, submitted and reviewed for clearance by the Department Evidence Property Officer. Inquires and completed order forms should be submitted to online@ctownpd.com.
Administrative fees associated with obtaining a digital copy of CHPD Body Worn Camera video; as well as obtaining digital copies of case or accident photos, accident reports or fingerprinting services are regulated by City of Charlestown Ordinance 2024-or-17.
