Description
The administrative fee for obtaining a digital copy of CHPD Body Worn Camera video is set at $75.00 per officer, per case. Generally, on average, each case involves three to four officers.
Administrative fees associated with obtaining a digital copy of CHPD Body Worn Camera video should not be paid until the prescribed ORDER FORM is completed, submitted and reviewed for clearance by the Department Evidence Property Officer.
