The administrative fee for obtaining digital copies of CHPD Accident Reports is set at $5.00 per report.
Administrative fees associated with obtaining a digital copy of CHPD Accident Reports should not be paid until the prescribed ORDER FORM is completed, submitted and reviewed for clearance by the Department Evidence Property Officer. Inquires and completed order forms should be submitted to online@ctownpd.com.
Administrative fees associated with obtaining a digital copy of CHPD Body Worn Camera video; as well as obtaining digital copies of case or accident photos, accident reports or fingerprinting services are regulated by City of Charlestown Ordinance 2024-or-17.
